Refund Policy

You may return any unopened packet purchased from salonsolids.com(excluding 2 oz travel size packets) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your returned items have been processed and your refund has been issued. To return an item repack the item in it's original packaging, if possible, include name and order number, and ship via insured carrier(Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS). Contact support@salonsolids.com for help.
