Privacy policy

salonsolids LLC operates salonsolids.com. This policy describes how I use information when you browse the store, place an order, manage a subscription, or contact me.

Information used to run the store

When you order, I receive your name, email address, delivery and billing information, the products you choose, and your payment and order status. Subscription records include the products, amount, billing interval, payment dates, and any changes or cancellation requests.

Stripe handles payment details through its secure payment pages. The salonsolids website does not collect or store your full card number or security code. I can access payment references and limited payment-method information through Stripe to manage orders, refunds, and subscriptions.

If you send a message, leave a blog comment, or sign up for emails, I store the information you submit. Please do not send payment-card details in messages or email.

How information is used and shared

I use this information to process payments, deliver orders, manage subscriptions, answer questions, send order updates, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.

• Cloudflare hosts the website and its order, subscription, and message records. It also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
• Stripe processes payments, recurring billing, tax calculations, and the customer billing portal.
• Shippo and USPS receive the delivery information needed for postage and shipping.
• Resend delivers store emails. Google Gmail is used for customer correspondence and forwarded store email.
• During the transition, Shopify and Appstle continue handling subscriptions that have not yet moved, along with their existing records.

Information may also be shared when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents, disputes, or other claims.

Your cart and browser storage

The store saves a cart reference in your browser so your items remain available between pages and visits. A checkout-return reference is saved temporarily to display your order confirmation. When you sign in, a secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to one hour. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; code and session records are stored as hashes and removed after expiry. Your verified email connects you to your imported customer and order history. The replacement storefront does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Payment and billing pages have their own storage and privacy practices.

Email preferences

Order and subscription messages relate to your purchases. Marketing signups are recorded separately. You can ask me to remove you from the marketing list by emailing salonsolids@gmail.com.

Keeping and accessing information

Order, payment, subscription-consent, shipping, and correspondence records are kept for operating the business, resolving questions, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Website carts that have not been updated for 30 days are removed from the store database.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email me. I may need to verify the request and retain records that are still needed for legal or business obligations. The store is not directed to children; please contact me if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
