I found SalonSolids after realizing that ALL of my hair products contained harmful ingredients- talk about overwhelming... I wanted something eco-friendly with a simple ingredient list that delivered awesome hair days, and I found it with these products! I have fine, wavy hair (2b-2c) and live in a dry climate. The shampoo lathered just enough (similar to low-poo products I’ve used and like), and the conditioner left my hair soft and not weighed down. The styler was perfect!!! I got to choose the consistency of it and it gave me a light to medium curl cast. After scrunching out the crunch my waves were big, soft, and bouncy! I couldn’t ask for more in a styler, especially in just one product! I’m hooked and won’t be buying multiple stylers ever again. Thank you salon solids! If you’re nervous to try this, get the starter bundle like I did. It gave me enough for a handful of washes and styles, and it shipped super fast.
I love this styler. I don’t need much, and my curls stay soft and pliable. If I use more than I need they are crunchier- but I have learned that a little goes a long way. I like that I can mix it with water to the consistently that I prefer as well. Thank you!
I am obsessed! It is hard to find a good, sustainable shampoo/conditioner, but I love this stuff. I like to wash my hair at least twice with it and I wait a few days between washes to protect my natural oils. It leaves my hair feeling so healthy and light, and there is absolutely no residue left like with other shampoos/conditioners. My hair has NEVER felt healthier!
I absolutely love the styler granules. I just use a little on my ends to keep them from being frizzy as well as the crown of my head. A little goes a long way and no more fly-away hair. I recommend buying the jar to mix it in. It's super simple and easy. I was nervous when I first tried it that it wouldn't have a strong enough consistency but I wrong, it's perfect! The texture is great and doesn't weigh my hair down. If you are considering trying it, you won't be disappointed.

Shampoo that you can feel good about and it works!
I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to share how much I love Salonsolids product. I have been using them for several years now and they just keep getting better and better. The shampoo is great on all hair types, I have fine hair and it doesn't weigh it down or leave any "film". I actually use a little and love that I can keep refilling my glass bottle when I need more. It's so easy!
The other thing I love is that Salonsolids offers several scents so I can mix it up seasonally. My favorites are Citrus, Clove and Frankincense.
The most important part of it all is that they don't use any chemicals! If you haven't tried the product yet, do it. You won't regret it. I promise.
I have been looking for eco-friendly curly hair stylers, and this is my new staple! I mixed 1/2 tsp with 1 oz water, the consistency is like a custard and a little goes a long way. Great cast, great hold, amazing definition and shine! This is the only styler I need, PLEASE TRY!
