Mix 1/2 tsp of granules with 2 oz water. Swish or brush teeth and tongue for 1-2 minutes. Do not rinse your mouth with plain water, eat or drink for 30 minutes afterward. Leaving the thin layer of hydroxyapatite residue coating your teeth gives the minerals the time they need to bond to and repair your enamel.
